Is transportation to and from the airport included in our stay?
- No, Guests will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the airport.
Is transportation to the Disney Theme Parks included in our stay?
- Private motor coaches will be provided for Diwali Dance Fest events only. Most areas throughout the Walt Disney World® Resort including theme parks, water parks and the Disney Springs TMarea are accessible by complimentary bus transportation.
Is parking at the hotel included in our package?
- No, Guests who choose to park onsite at the hotel will be charged $20-$25/ night depending on your hotel choice. Once you pay for parking at the hotel, parking at the Disney Theme Parks is complimentary.
Is Travel Insurance available to purchase?
- Yes. Please visit https://www.travelinsured.com & input all Travel Info as rates differ for each state as well as final travel itinerary.
Does Jashn Productions provide costuming?
- Yes! The image of the costume for Boys & Girls will be provided soon!
- Parade: Jashn Productions will provide the costumes for the parade performance.
- Showcase: Studios will provide their own costume for the Diwali Dance Fest Showcase. The following photos of the costume must be submitted for approval:
- Both Female and Male looks required (photo of front and back of costume)
- Shoes for the showcase performance (fully soled shoes are required). You will get a picture of the sample shoe that is required for the parade.
Will dancers have time to play in the Disney Parks?
- While there will be some free time, the main focus of the weekend is the Diwali Dance Fest experience. Our advice to families is to extend their trip before or after to ensure they have plenty of time to enjoy their family vacation at the Most Magical Place on Earth.
What happens in the event of inclement weather?
- Parade: The safety of the performers is our number one concern. If rain is projected, the parade may step off early or start later in an effort to avoid the storm. If the rain is light, we will proceed with the performance modified for safety. If the weather is too severe, unfortunately the parade will be cancelled on account of safety. In the event of a cancellation, there are no refunds.
- Showcase: Our Showcase is located at an inside venue and will proceed as scheduled.
